enjoyspoon.in is operated by EnjoySpoon, Surat, Gujarat, India. We make and sell packaged mukhwas (FSSAI Lic. No. 20726022002935).

Products

• We try to show our products, ingredients and pictures as accurately as possible. Actual colour and appearance may vary slightly because our products are handmade in small batches.
• Please read the ingredient list on the pack before eating if you have any food allergy.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place and consume it before the date printed on the pack.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order will apply.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

Orders

• Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Use of the Website

• All content on this website — including the logo, text, images and design — belongs to EnjoySpoon and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent allowed by law, EnjoySpoon's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
