We deliver EnjoySpoon mukhwas across India. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders across India.

Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 7–8 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery to remote areas, or during festivals, heavy rain or other events beyond our control, may take longer.

Delivery Area

We ship to most pincodes in India through our courier partners. If we cannot deliver to your pincode, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking details with you on WhatsApp or by email.

Delivery Address

• Please enter your full and correct address, pincode and phone number at checkout.
• If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
